Submit a written report of approximately 3–4 pages based on the information gained. The report will address these items:

  • Explain what an Institutional Review Board (IRB) is and the reason they originated.
  • Discuss the IRB process.
  • Specify the differences between proposals that are labeled “exempt,” “expedited,” or “full.”
  • State what you intend to do in your research endeavors to protect your human subjects.

Your report should have a title page including a title for the report, your name, and the school name. All pages, including the title page, should have a page number to the far right.
